a perfect end to a rainy week

it rained over 14 inches this week- only saw the sun twice.

nash took me fishing on friday afternoon.  he caught 3 fish. i caught a turtle. if you look closely in the 2 pictures of the pond where we were fishing, you can see a rainbow.

this is the 2nd cord (purchased in january of this year) i've had to have for my mac... as his father before him, his in-ards are trying to fall out... so, i made him a jacket... out of scotch tape... ghetto.

today was...

glorious.

weekend

mom, dad, aaron, and aunt teresa came for the weekend- it was wonderful to have them here. i really wish they hadn't had to leave. it's easier to forget about all the crap bothering me when they are here.

i have tons of reading to do for african missions, an essay to write for my education class, and countless hours of art to be doing. i guess i should be productive.

today was a day off.

i didn't have classes today.
slept in.
only left my apartment for 15 minutes.
made carrot cake.
had girls night.
fantastic.
tomorrow is friday.
finally.
fam comes tomorrow night.
sweet.

today was horrible.

and no, i don't want to talk about it.
