good ridance.

it's finally over.
the semester from hell is finally over.
never again do i have to take 18 or more hours.
never again do i have to stress out over having too many hours and too many classes.
never again do i have to have ed meyers or larry hunt.
no more fall 2007.
it's finally over.

it has begun

finals week is here. april and i are officially done with world lit! yay!
only 2 more finals for me!
jared and i are having a movie/coffee/bookstore day on friday, since all of our friends will be gone.
only 9 days til my bday!

professional making a name for her self

so- i'm going to call my self at least a semi-professional photographer. just today, i was asked to do another wedding. but, unfortunately, i had to turn it down. monday i got two engagement photo jobs. then, there's the wedding from september. i'd say i'm at least a semi-professional. and loving every minute of it.


i made this today for my photography class. it was fun. 36 pictures- to make just one.

it's almost over. tomorrow starts dead week, then finals are around the corner.

just 2 weeks left, and i'll be classified as a senior- which will apply for the next 2 years. just 2 weeks until i will never have to take 18 hours again. and until christmas break. and until my birthday.
yay.

thanksgiving break

drove home after class last night... i'm crazy. but, i got to sleep in my own bed, with my dog in my face. good to be home.

what a tuesday!

1. i learned how to weld today. it was... fun. and hard.
2. i got the part i wanted in little shop of horrors!
so excited.

reflections of yesterday

the rugby game was violent. as i'm sure most of them are. full body contact sport with no padding can never turn out good. it was an interesting game to say the least. our friends played well but did not win. poor things.
the homecoming football game was wonderful. we played the wonderboys. yea. that's their name. it was a fun filled game, that ended with a score of 61-55, in our favor. thank goodness.
tennessee also won yesterday, like it was any competition. 59-7.
the play was good, i sat with spencer and his family, who got me about 10 rows closer than i originally was. i ended up selling my tickets to a couple who were standing in line at the ticket counter, wondering where they would be sitting. i told them the upper balcony, row z. that's the back. so, i got them on the floor- near the back- row jj. i got to sit in row y. it was nice.

didn't end up catching a nap at all, but i did get to hang out with some wonderful friends who came up for the weekend.
i have a concert today- leaving at 3 to head to jonesboro.

i'm reading a book about a senator with ED... it's very silly. the cover says it's a must read for the "viagra age" haha- i'm reading it anyway.

a schedule that should make for an interesting day

at 11 this morning, april and i are going to the rugby game.
following that, the football game at 2.
then, of course the tennessee game.
followed by the musical tonight.

maybe i'll be able to fit a nap in there somewhere.

cassie leight ponder hill

this is one of my best friends from high school- cassie ponder hill. nash and i went home for her wedding last weekend, and it was beautiful. this picture is very typical cassie- standing in the creek, barefoot, in her wedding dress... only cassie.
